After reading the launch announcement of "Lazer Charge*" in the "Hardware Journal" we purchased one for evaluation purposes as, quite frankly, we were a little sceptical of the manufacturer's claims.

However, after testing and charging quite a range of batteries, both disposable and rechargeable, we found that the claims were true and the "Lazer Charge*" actually does test and recharge Alkaline, Carbon Zinc as well as Ni-Cad cells, and does the job absolutely autmatically - virtually "set and forget".

The unit looks good, appears to be well made and finished and best of all offers a good margin to the reseller as well as being priced well for the market. We can recommend it as a new innovative and very promotable product for your store.

I have been using the Lasercharge both professionally and personally for almost twelve months, and it has proven a great moneysaver. I often use voltage sensitive equipment which is unsuitable for use with ni-cads, and the ability to keep a set of alkalines topped up to full voltage is a real boon. The effective life of a set of batteries is extended ten times or more.

The Lasercharge is a great value universal ni-cad charger, and when coupled with the unique ability to recharge regular batteries, is an excellent product. My son has been zapping aliens with the same set of batteries for months - take note parents!

This is just a short note to say how impressed I am with the service provided most professionally by you personally and your company.

As a Medical Photographer, I use a substantial number of batteries. Upon reading of the "Lazer Charge*" I was immediately interested, as even increasing the useful life of my batteries by fifty percent would yield a not negligible improvement in cost containment. I had reservations, however, regarding the efficacy of the recharging and the consistency of the subsequent recharged voltage. I was particularly concerned that a rogue recharged battery would not send a voltage spike through sensitive and expensive photographic equipment.

I was firstly impressed with your knowledge and the earnest desire to fully confront and answer all of my concerns. I was convinced sufficiently to try the "LazerCharge*", despite an uneasiness in the back of my mind that it was simply too inexpensive to work when compared to the potential savings!

My results: after an initial phase of sorting out which batteries were worth recharging (the in-built analyser certainly assisted with this) and training myself to not let the batteries become completely flat before recharging I can give you a qualified "Thumbs-Up".

The usable life of the batteries has been increased much more than that set as my threshold and I am pleasantly surprised and pleased. I am looking forward to the market release of your own batteries, as I know that my savings and recharge consistency will increase many-fold.

It is a pleasure and a somewhat breath of fresh air to deal with a company that truly puts the customer first. I have felt that your priority to first help me, the customer, rather than to convince me to part with my money to grow your business.
